We had a request for a business banner sign to hang on the side of their SUV for when they are at the Farmers Markets. So we made a 35 cm banner with nice large text applied using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl), with velcro at the top and space for a dowel at the bottom to help it lay straight.
